Aaron Krygier
Actor,writer,musician,producer from Buffalo, NY. Predominately a stage/screen writer, but interests in all aspects of the craft including non fiction, poetry, and short stories.
My parents were both actors in college. My father shared the stage with William Sadler and Lee Wilcoff.
My interests include jazz, industrial, new wave/synth pop/electronic music, hockey (Buffalo Sabres, San Jose Sharks), soccer (English, supporter of Hull City!), rugby, exercising.
My favorite writers are Harold Pinter, David Mamet, Albert Camus, and Bret Easton Ellis. Outside of that my favorite book is Murder on the Orient Express.
Favorite Movie is Heat, by Michael Mann. Other notables include Brotherhood of the Wolf, Bullitt, Rush and Witness. Outside Michael Mann, Jean-Pierre Melville is my favorite director, of notable films such as Un Flic and Le Circle Rouge. I am a big fan of French and Korean films, and especially love the French New Wave of horror films (Inside, Martys, etc.)
Favorite music includes KMFDM, Depeche Mode, Pendulum, David Sanborn, and many others.
I have performed on many Western NY stages, and have appeared in over 6 films.
